Pendragon Forms VI delivers data collection applications Breakthrough development tool compiles mobile forms applications to HTML5 LIBERTYVILLE, Illinois, November 16, 2010 - Pendragon® Software today announced Pendragon Forms VITM, a new kind of mobile forms development tool that creates mobile forms applications that run in web browsers, even when those browsers are disconnected from the network. Now, it’s easy to build custom forms for inspections, surveys, and asset tracking, and deploy them directly to the latest mobile devices, including Apple® iPhone®, iPod touch®, iPad®, and Google AndroidTM phones and tablets. Pendragon Forms VI is easy to use, and this enables business users can easily create their own HTML5 data collection applications without the complexities of asynchronous Javascript programming and synchronization. Pendragon Forms VI is based on the highly successful Pendragon Forms software suite that has been successfully deployed by thousands of companies and organizations worldwide. Most existing Pendragon Forms applications can be ported to Pendragon Forms VI in just a few minutes. Like its predecessors, Pendragon Forms VI includes simple yet powerful synchronization features. The desktop design tools automatically create tables in Microsoft Access®, and keep them synchronized with mobile devices. They also give administrators the option to have devices synchronize directly with server databases such as SQL Server and MySQL. Administrators also have centralized control over the deployment and revocation of remote forms applications.
