Using Pendragon Forms with MData®

 

Now you can use patient data from the MercuryMD MData Enterprise Information system to create new data collection records.  Using MData's ActiveLaunch feature, an MData user can send patient information to Pendragon Forms for automatic transcription into data collection forms.

 

Without programming know-how, you can build applications for treatment plans, ADE reporting, CMS reporting, care management and more.

 

Pendragon Forms can replace printed forms for surveys, patient tracking, billing and much more, saving valuable time and ensuring greater accuracy.

 

Important Notice:

In order to use Pendragon Forms in conjunction with MDATA, you will need to obtain permission from your IT department. Once your IT department has approved your project, IT can able to enable the MDATA ActiveLaunch feature for Pendragon Forms.

This form design extracts information from MData variables and stores it in corresponding data fields. 

 

Note: Pendragon Forms 5.0 or Pendragon Forms 4.0 with Service Pack 4. is required to use this form.

 

If you do not already have Pendragon Forms, you will need to download and install the Pendragon Forms evaluation in order to use this form.

 

 

 

Detecting Palm OS 5.2 Encryption
