Subforms and Record Review allow you to see a list of records in a form.

Palm OS devices can display up to three columns on a Record Review or Subform screen.  Pocket PCs can display for than three columns, and data can extend beyond the screen width.

To view additional fields: 

On Palm OS devices, tap the arrow in the upper right corner of the screen to select a second field to display.

On Pocket PC devices, tap a column header to add another field to display.  You can add as many fields as will fit horizontally on the screen, and you can reside the column widths.

You can re-size column by tapping on the lines separating the column headers, and dragging the line to widen or shrink the column width.

Subform and Record Review displays can also be pre-set using the SETVIEW scripting statement or selections on the form properties Columns tab.
