Creating an Access report with Bitmap images
If you want to create a report with bitmap photos, the Pendragon Forms Report Generator makes this a snap.

Note: The Report Generator will not work for photos in jpeg format. For jpeg photos, a third-party control can be used to facilitate report writing. To see how this is done using one such control, see Creating an Access Report with a Photo Control (for jpeg images). This page may take a long time to load. A PDF version is also available. |
Bring the Access Database Menu forward and Select Forms form the list of Objects. Choose Report Generator from the list of forms.
Make sure that the name of your form is highlighted. Then click the Generate button in the Generate Report window.
The new report is displayed in design view. Choose Save from the File menu.
Click the View button to see the formatted report.
Return to the design view to make any formatting changes.
This report can be printed.
